Bill McNulty Chapter Volunteer of the Year
Patty Andree, of Johnson Financial Group, reflects many of the same leadership qualities the award namesake Bill McNulty consistently demonstrated. Andree serves not one, but two chapters in a leadership role - Wisconsin and Large Agent Alliance. She has gone to great heights in her membership recruitment efforts for both chapters, including developing a process for welcoming new members, facilitating networking activities and making a point to communicate with her chapter members on year-round basis. Her philosophy is simple: give back. She has found value in the knowledge and education she has received and believes the best way to show her appreciation is to give her time and knowledge back to the community.
Committee Volunteer of the Year
Lori Heemstra, of BHS Insurance, currently serves as a member of the IMPACT Committee and is a superb advocate for Applied Client Network and the insurance industry as a whole. She has led IMPACT’s involvement with the product enhancements process through her dedication to improving the program. Lori continually looks for ways to move her committee forward and, in the process, helps ACN to successfully deliver on the customer advocacy portion of our mission as an organization.
