It has been another exciting year of innovation for EZLynx! As the year draws to a close, I thought I would take the opportunity to highlight a few of my favorite 2024 new product updates. This is just my way of giving EZLynx ACN members one last “In Case You Missed It” on the ways you could be leaning on software for greater growth and productivity.
Automated Renewal Quoting
For the past two annual customer surveys, EZLynx agencies have responded that retaining customers is their most common business concern. In fact, the percentage of agencies who shared this concern rose from 66% in 2023 to 74% in 2024.
Automated Renewal Quoting is all about keeping more business on your books. This new feature of EZLynx Retention Center® streamlines the remarketing workflow by automatically quoting at-risk renewals with alternate carriers, eliminating up to 15 minutes of effort every time.
With a simple button press, quoting is performed in the background in real time. The process can also be completely automated through EZLynx Automation Center™ — remarketed rates simply appear for at-risk accounts.
A Modernized EZLynx Sales Center
EZLynx Sales Center™ is a pipeline management tool agencies have relied on to streamline sales and win more deals since 2016. The tool focuses on the next steps for every opportunity, so sales teams always know where time can be spent most productively. With EZLynx Sales Center, agencies can manage all their opportunities and follow-ups from a single platform, with no more need for cumbersome spreadsheets and multiple systems.
Throughout the year, we’ve been modernizing and reimagining the way this insurance-specific CRM delivers value for you. A new card-based interface promotes more focused, intuitive workflows. With “drag-and-drop” functionality, you can advance opportunities through the pipeline with ease. Producers can tailor visible data, including some new fields, to better target their sales efforts. The sales stages have been streamlined with fewer status options, color coding and updated terminology that better fits the way producers sell.
Agency Insights® is the area of EZLynx Sales Center that automatically generates potential prospects from your agency data, giving you the timely information needed to realize more business from your existing clients. Until this year, this long-valued capability was only available for personal lines. We've now added support for commercial lines, which means fresh, actionable cross-sell suggestions for commercial auto, property and umbrella.
With the new Sales Performance Dashboard, you can monitor the health of your sales pipeline and drill down into the market factors and producer results that impact your agency’s revenue. Analyze results and track progress toward sales targets and strategic objectives with insight into key performance metrics like premium sold by producer, opportunities by source, premium sold by line of business and largest opportunities.
We’ve also expanded EZLynx Sales Center’s lead import capabilities to include and prefill LOB, prior carrier and X-Date data fields.
All in all, these efficiency gains and expanded customization options translate to a stronger sales pipeline and a faster path to revenue for your agency.

Quote By Text is a ground-breaking new product, helping your agency attract insurance shoppers who prefer the ease, convenience and simplicity of text-based interactions. What’s more, it means a brand-new channel of quality leads for you!
A simple text message from the consumer initiates the selling process. From there, Quote By Text engages in a conversation with the consumer until enough information is gathered for the system to provide a quote to complete the conversation. Straightforward prompts make the entire process simple and familiar. You’ll capture every single lead. Consumer contact details, risk information and all quotes automatically populate in EZLynx for easy access.
Interactive Personal Lines Quote Proposals
If you're looking to stand out from the crowd and close more business faster, these new interactive proposals are the answer. With this streamlined, engaging and modern approach to presenting customer quotes, you can include coverage and premium options with your recommendation highlighted. Personalized video messages enhance your recommendation and emphasize the value your agency brings.
Consumers can accept a proposed coverage or request changes. From there, their reply creates tasks in EZLynx, ensuring immediate follow-up.
By tooling your agency to send interactive personal lines quote proposals directly through the EZLynx Client Center ™ customer portal, we've streamlined the sales process for both your agency and insureds.

When I think back on 2024, I’m reminded of the record-setting attendance we had for Applied Net. There were more EZLynx attendees than ever before, your participation in the educational sessions was stellar, and the EZLynx Zone was a huge hit!
