EZLynx has always taken a great deal of pride in its user conferences. Applied along with EZLynx sees the conferences as an opportunity to show our appreciation to the customers who help us drive innovation and industry progress year after year. How do we show that appreciation? By sharing with customers how they can use their software for even greater productivity gains.

Because Applied Client Network’s fall user conference is called “Applied Net,” it’s easy to assume that EZLynx won’t be prominently featured — but think again! Not only are EZLynx customers encouraged to attend, but inside EZLynx, an entire team is focused on making the experience even more rewarding for agencies like yours.

This year, we’re making a big change at the event to help increase networking opportunities for EZLynx agencies. We know you’d like more opportunities to speak with other EZLynx agencies to share best practices, learn tips and tricks and understand how similar agencies are handling the current market conditions. To set the stage for these types of interactions to occur more naturally this year, I’m pleased to announce there will be a section of the conference set aside just for you.

Welcome to EZLynx World! Or Maybe EZLynx Land?

(Okay, we’re still working on the signage. The point is that there will be a very obvious section of the Gaylord Opryland for EZLynx agencies to call home.)

Nearly all the EZLynx educational sessions will take place in this common area, so whether you’re grabbing a snack at one of the refreshment tables or just making your way from one session to another, you’ll be surrounded by other EZLynx customers.

There will also be a dedicated EZLynx Support and Optimization (think Genius) Bar conveniently located in this same area. Appointments will be recommended, but we’re also making it easy for you to just pop by. Here, you can meet one-on-one with the EZLynx tech wizards for answers to all your product-related questions and hands-on advice. Aside from the formal (Genius) Bar, EZLynx staff (who are all pretty darn smart) will also be easy to find and eager to speak with you.

Let’s circle back to educational sessions for a minute to talk about our absolute favorite one: the Customer Feedback Roundtable. This is where our team has the privilege of listening to you. The session consists of a series of guided roundtable discussions, each of them around a particular area of your agency, where we invite you to share your experiences with the software today so that, together, we can shape the features of tomorrow. Your feedback and suggestions are important to us, and the information we gather each year at Applied Net has a direct impact on the enhancements making their way onto the product roadmap.
