The Client Facing Service — Employee Benefits Alliance welcomes you back from Applied Net with the perfect opportunity to organize all of your conference take-aways. We know returning with so many new ideas and opportunities to enhance your workflows can be overwhelming, so let's get our priorities straight!
Your Alliance Leaders will be kicking off the discussion by sharing their biggest take-aways from Applied Net 2024 and, most importantly, will include how they plan to prioritize and set objectives based on what they learned. We want the same for each of you! Returning from conference with a strategy is essential to perpetuating the value your agency/brokerage receives by your conference attendance.
So, we want you to leave this session with three things based on what you brought away from Applied Net:
- What is one action item you can accomplish in Q4?
- What are the longer-term (Q1/Q2) issues to address?
- Who is your accountability partner? Whether it's somebody in the Alliance or somebody in your agency/brokerage — accountability is the key to success.
You're encouraged to participate in the Alliance Discussion Forum prior to this meeting to get your thoughts on paper (well, online). We'll address all of the gathered objectives and takeaways as a group during the session. Don't miss this chance to maximize the value of your conference attendance this year!
