Applied Client Network partners with other insurance industry leaders to continue to shape the future of insurance. Applied Client Network’s partners include Agents Council for Technology (ACT), the Associations & User Groups Information Exchange (AUGIE) and the Association of Cooperative Operations Research & Development (ACORD).
The Agents Council for Technology (ACT) is a partnership of independent agents, companies, technology vendors, user groups and associations dedicated to enhancing the use of technology and improving workflows within the independent agency system-supported by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.
ACORD is a non-profit, industry-owned organization. For 50 years, ACORD has enabled the success of the global insurance industry by facilitating the flow of data and information across all insurance stakeholders through relevant and timely data standards. ACORD moves the global insurance industry forward by encouraging and facilitating global information, enabling improved efficiency and implementing effective, strategic positioning.
AUGIE is a group of volunteers who work with vendors, carriers and other trade organizations in an effort to amplify the voice of automated agencies, hasten the implementation of ACORD standards throughout the industry and collaborate on other industry initiatives of mutual interest to the participants.
