About the Member Alliance Program

We are excited to introduce a new networking and education benefit for all members, the Member Alliance Program.

The Member Alliance Program evolved from ACN’s legacy geographic-based chapters program to provide members an improved opportunity to meet and learn with others facing similar job function situations without geographic limitations. Alliance membership offers a platform to exchange best practices, shared experiences and efficient solutions through eight persona-based alliances:

Client Facing Service – Employee Benefits Alliance
The Client Facing Service – Employee Benefits Alliance empowers Employee Benefits insurance professionals through comprehensive education and dynamic networking opportunities that foster professional growth and spotlight industry trends.

Client Facing Service – Personal & Commercial Lines Alliance
The Client Facing Service – Personal & Commercial Lines Alliance supports and elevates insurance agency/brokerage employees specializing in both Personal and Commercial Lines through dedicated education and robust networking opportunities. By offering access to the latest industry insights, collaborative training and innovative resources, the Alliance aims to set the standard for excellence and drive the evolution of best practices within the Personal and Commercial Lines sector.

About

Member Alliance meetings will remain entirely virtual in 2024 during its launch year, with some exceptions given for extenuating circumstances. Each Member Alliance will be led by a group of elected volunteer leaders in the following positions: Leader, Co-Leader, Events Leader, Programming Leader, and Communications Leader. Each leader group will meet regularly to discuss and plan Alliance meetings and strategy for member engagement throughout each calendar year.

All ACN members can join any Alliance. Benefits of engaging in Member Alliances include access to quarterly meetings on tailored, relevant persona-based topics; access to an online community space of live threads with job function questions, thoughts and experiences; a growing professional network across North America; connections to industry thought leaders; and lastly, ever-growing volunteer opportunities in Alliance Leadership.

How to join an Alliance:

A member of ACN can add an Alliance on their ACN profile details and/or join the online Alliance community. By doing this, a member will automatically be added to Alliance communications, online community activity and meeting notices. Members can join as many Alliances as they see fit.
